Devotion And Loyalty

For the Scriptures say, “‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bend to me, and every tongue will declare allegiance to God.’”

Romans 14:11 NLT

Romans 14:11 says “As surely as I live” says the Lord, every knee shall bow, and every tongue have devotion.

For we are all God’s children and though we all may not truly have true faith and trust in Jesus he knows each of our reasons why even if we don’t. God created us in likeness of him, in his image and he knows who is ready to be trusting and faithful and who isn’t. He knows that even in the lost that they will once look for guidance and knowledge of this he knows Several will look for answers in Christ and when they do all will bow and ask for what they need and confess who he is showing their devotion to him one way or another for he knows they can’t solely live life making choices on their own there will come times of desperation where they will look for answers, however Jesus wants a relationship with us all the time just not in desperation. And weather it be all the time faithfully in relationship with him or when someone is looking for answers every knee will bend to him, and every tongue will declare allegiance unto him. Only he knows who and when.

The Seven Bowls Of God’s Anger

End Time Series

Revelation 16 New Living Translation (NLT)

16 Then I heard a mighty voice from the Temple say to the seven angels, “Go your ways and pour out on the earth the seven bowls containing God’s wrath.”

2 So the first angel left the Temple and poured out his bowl on the earth, and horrible, malignant sores broke out on everyone who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his statue.

3 Then the second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became like the blood of a corpse. And everything in the sea died.

4 Then the third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs, and they became blood. 5 And I heard the angel who had authority over all water saying,

“You are just, O Holy One, who is and who always was,

because you have sent these judgments.

Since they shed the blood

of your holy people and your prophets,

you have given them blood to drink.

    It is their just reward.”

7 And I heard a voice from the altar,[a] saying,

“Yes, O Lord God, the Almighty,

your judgments are true and just.”

8 Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, causing it to scorch everyone with its fire. 9 Everyone was burned by this blast of heat, and they cursed the name of God, who had control over all these plagues. They did not repent of their sins and turn to God and give him glory.

10 Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was plunged into darkness. His subjects ground their teeth[b] in anguish, 11 and they cursed the God of heaven for their pains and sores. But they did not repent of their evil deeds and turn to God.

12 Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great Euphrates River, and it dried up so that the kings from the east could march their armies toward the west without hindrance. 13 And I saw three evil[c] spirits that looked like frogs leap from the mouths of the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet. 14 They are demonic spirits who work miracles and go out to all the rulers of the world to gather them for battle against the Lord on that great judgment day of God the Almighty.

15 “Look, I will come as unexpectedly as a thief! Blessed are all who are watching for me, who keep their clothing ready so they will not have to walk around naked and ashamed.”

16 And the demonic spirits gathered all the rulers and their armies to a place with the Hebrew name Armageddon.[d]

17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air. And a mighty shout came from the throne in the Temple, saying, “It is finished!” 18 Then the thunder crashed and rolled, and lightning flashed. And a great earthquake struck—the worst since people were placed on the earth. 19 The great city of Babylon split into three sections, and the cities of many nations fell into heaps of rubble. So God remembered all of Babylon’s sins, and he made her drink the cup that was filled with the wine of his fierce wrath. 20 And every island disappeared, and all the mountains were leveled. 21 There was a terrible hailstorm, and hailstones weighing as much as seventy-five pounds[e] fell from the sky onto the people below. They cursed God because of the terrible plague of the hailstorm.

John the apostle says in Revelations 16

Then I heard a loud voice from the temple. It said to the seven angels, “Go and pour out the seven bowls of God’s anger on the earth.”

The first angel left. He poured out his bowl on the land. Then all those who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped its idol got several severe malignant sores that were ugly and painful amongst their body.

The second angel went off and poured out his bowl on the sea. Then the sea became red like a dead man’s blood. And everything living in the sea perished and died.

The third angel left out and poured out his bowl on the rivers and the springs of water. The rivers and the springs of water became blood red also. Then I heard the angel of the waters say to God,

“You are the one who is and who always was.

    You are the Holy One.

You are right in these judgments you have made.

The people have spilled the blood

of your holy people and your prophets.

Now you have given those people blood to drink.

    This is what they deserve.”

And I heard the altar say,

“Yes, Lord God All-Powerful,

your judgments are true and right.”

The fourth angel then also poured out his bowl this time on the sun. The sun was given power to burn the people with fire. The people were burned by the great heat. They damned the name of God, who had control over these plagues. But they refused to change their hearts and lives and give glory to God and refocus on the faith they knew.

The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast. And darkness covered the beast’s kingdom. People bit their tongues because of the pain. They cursed the God of heaven because of their painful sores they had. But they refused to change their hearts and turn away from the evil things they did.

The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates. The water in the river dried up. This was so that the Kong’s coming from the east could march their armies from the west in battle. This prepared the way for the rulers from the east to come. Then I saw three evil spirits that looked like frogs. They came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. These evil spirits are the spirits of demons. They have power to do miracles. They go out to the rulers of the whole world to gather them for battle on the great day of God All-Powerful.

Listen! I will come at a time you don’t expect, like a thief in the night. Great blessings belong to those who stay awake and keep their clothes with them. They will not have to go naked and be ashamed for people to see them.”

Then the evil spirits gathered the rulers and armies together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

Then this seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air. Then a loud voice came out of the temple from the throne. It said, “It is finished!” Then there were flashes of lightning, noises, thunder, and a big earthquake. This was the greatest earthquake that has ever happened since people have been on earth. The great city split into three parts. The cities of the nations were destroyed. There was nothing left but rubbish and debris. God did not forget to punish Babylon the for their great sins . He gave that city the cup filled with the wine of his terrible anger. Every island disappeared and there were no more mountains. Giant hailstones fell on the people from the sky. These hailstones weighed almost 100 pounds each. People damned God because of this plague and of the hail. It was terrible. There would be no escape from that damage and disaster that had been done from God’s wrath. It was over.

True Faith

Hebrews 11:6 New Living Translation (NLT)

6 And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.

We can not please God and impress him without faith. For those who want to come to the Lord must first believe that he exists and that he will provide gifts for those who diligently seek him and ask from him. Only then will God be fully pleased. For it is about being faithful and having faith. We can not just expect to get right with God if we live of earthly law and not in faith by God’s law even though yes God gave us all salvation, but we also need to give him trust and a relationship in faith. The we a true believers and God will bless us abundantly forever. We need to truly seek him and his word only then will we trueely be right with God.

The Armor Of God

End Time Series

Ephesians 6:11-13 New Living Translation (NLT)

11 Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. 12 For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

13 Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm.

Gear down in the word of God so that you will be able to stand firm against all evil and strategies of Satan. He will come when you least expect it and when your not watching. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. These will be enemies you may not recognize until it’s too late so have a high awareness and be alert. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Be prepared knowing his word and your faith so that you can stand and speak of the truth you know and save yourself from the enemy when he comes in the night.

The Coming Time

Luke 21 New Living Translation (NLT)

The Widow’s Offering

21 While Jesus was in the Temple, he watched the rich people dropping their gifts in the collection box. 2 Then a poor widow came by and dropped in two small coins.

3 “I tell you the truth,” Jesus said, “this poor widow has given more than all the rest of them. 4 For they have given a tiny part of their surplus, but she, poor as she is, has given everything she has.”

Jesus Speaks about the Future

5 Some of his disciples began talking about the majestic stonework of the Temple and the memorial decorations on the walls. But Jesus said, 6 “The time is coming when all these things will be completely demolished. Not one stone will be left on top of another!”

7 “Teacher,” they asked, “when will all this happen? What sign will show us that these things are about to take place?”

8 He replied, “Don’t let anyone mislead you, for many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’and saying, ‘The time has come!’ But don’t believe them. 9 And when you hear of wars and insurrections, don’t panic. Yes, these things must take place first, but the end won’t follow immediately.” 10 Then he added, “Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. 11 There will be great earthquakes, and there will be famines and plagues in many lands, and there will be terrifying things and great miraculous signs from heaven.

12 “But before all this occurs, there will be a time of great persecution. You will be dragged into synagogues and prisons, and you will stand trial before kings and governors because you are my followers. 13 But this will be your opportunity to tell them about me. 14 So don’t worry in advance about how to answer the charges against you, 15 for I will give you the right words and such wisdom that none of your opponents will be able to reply or refute you! 16 Even those closest to you—your parents, brothers, relatives, and friends—will betray you. They will even kill some of you. 17 And everyone will hate you because you are my followers.18 But not a hair of your head will perish! 19 By standing firm, you will win your souls.

20 “And when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then you will know that the time of its destruction has arrived. 21 Then those in Judea must flee to the hills. Those in Jerusalem must get out, and those out in the country should not return to the city. 22 For those will be days of God’s vengeance, and the prophetic words of the Scriptures will be fulfilled. 23 How terrible it will be for pregnant women and for nursing mothers in those days. For there will be disaster in the land and great anger against this people. 24 They will be killed by the sword or sent away as captives to all the nations of the world. And Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles until the period of the Gentiles comes to an end.

25 “And there will be strange signs in the sun, moon, and stars. And here on earth the nations will be in turmoil, perplexed by the roaring seas and strange tides. 26 People will be terrified at what they see coming upon the earth, for the powers in the heavens will be shaken. 27 Then everyone will see the Son of Man coming on a cloud with power and great glory.28 So when all these things begin to happen, stand and look up, for your salvation is near!”

29 Then he gave them this illustration: “Notice the fig tree, or any other tree. 30 When the leaves come out, you know without being told that summer is near. 31 In the same way, when you see all these things taking place, you can know that the Kingdom of God is near. 32 I tell you the truth, this generation will not pass from the scene until all these things have taken place. 33 Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear.

34 “Watch out! Don’t let your hearts be dulled by carousing and drunkenness, and by the worries of this life. Don’t let that day catch you unaware, 35 like a trap. For that day will come upon everyone living on the earth. 36 Keep alert at all times. And pray that you might be strong enough to escape these coming horrors and stand before the Son of Man.”

37 Every day Jesus went to the Temple to teach, and each evening he returned to spend the night on the Mount of Olives. 38 The crowds gathered at the Temple early each morning to hear him.

Jesus had been in the temple and he watched as all the rich people dropped their donation offerings in a collection box. When he saw a poor widow come by and give the only gift she could afford of two small coins. Jesus then said to everyone I tell you the truth this poor widow has donated more than anyone else. For the rest have given a tiny part of their excess, but this poor women has given all that she has. God doesn’t like boastful people and money hungry people. Although he does request offerings to be given in faithful ways. He will except the offering no matter who gives. Though some of us may feel we don’t have anything or even enough to give god because we are living pay check to paycheck or getting by with scraps. Jesus accepts your gift no matter how wealthy or poor you are. If you are poor and only have a penny to your name then give it he finds that more influential then those who are rich for they have all the money and waste it much of the time, while the poor live by scraps and low wages having barely anything and offer up what they have that they will need later. For that is all she had.

Some of his disciples began talking about the majestic stonework of the Temple and the memorial decorations lining the walls. But Jesus said, “The time is coming when all these things will be completely demolished. Not one stone will be left on top of another!”

The day of the lord is upon us and all will be wiped out, nothing will last or remain.

When the deciples heard Jesus speak of this they confronted him saying “Teacher,” they asked, “when will all this happen? What sign will show us that these things are about to take place?”

Jesus replied, “Don’t let anyone mislead you, for many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’and saying, ‘The time has come!’ But don’t believe them. And when you hear of wars and insurrections, don’t panic. Yes, these things must take place first, but the end won’t follow immediately.” Then he added, “Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, and there will be famines and plagues in many lands, and there will be terrifying things and great miraculous signs from heaven.

For no one knows where or when or how the day of the Lord will happen but Jesus warns us that there will be men claiming his name saying they were him and not to fall for their foolish lies. When the day comes we as Believers will know the time as come as the Holy Spirit will guide us and there will be signs and weird phenomena that takes place in the sky and seas. When it happens there will be a lot of fear and people turning to their faith for answers. There will be great numbers of famine, plagues and disease and many earthquakes in large numbers around the world. Yet you will recognize the miraculous signs from heaven for all these things must happen before the day of the lord comes.

“But before all this occurs, there will be a time of great persecution. You will be dragged into synagogues and prisons, and you will stand trial before kings and governors because you are my followers. But this will be your opportunity to tell them about me.” They will force you to renounce your faith. “So don’t worry in advance about how to answer the charges against you, for I will give you the right words and such wisdom that none of your opponents will be able to reply or reject you! Even those closest to you—your parents, brothers, relatives, and friends—will betray you. They will even kill some of you. And everyone will hate you because you are my followers. But not a hair of your head will perish! By standing firm, you will win your souls. You will earn the rights to heaven and will be saved. Do not be over arrogant or haughty for you will miss the signs and the only chance opened to you.

“And when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then you will know that the time of its destruction has arrived. Then those in Judea must run off to the hills. Those in Jerusalem must get out, and those out in the country should not return to the city. For those will be days of God’s vengeance, and the prophetic words of the Scriptures will be fulfilled. “And there will be strange signs in the sun, moon, and stars. And here on earth the nations will be in turmoil, perplexed by the roaring seas and strange tides. Some of these things have already been taking place around us. People will be terrified at what they see coming upon the earth, for the powers in the heavens will be shaken. Then everyone will see the Son of Man coming on a cloud with power and great glory. So when all these things begin to happen, stand and look up, for your salvation is near!” Turn to your faith so that you will not miss the signs

Then he gave them this illustration: “Notice the fig tree, or any other tree. When the leaves come out, you know without being told that summer is near. In the same way, when you see all these things taking place, you can know that the Kingdom of God is near. I tell you the truth, this generation will not pass from the scene until all these things have taken place. Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear.

Every day Jesus went to the Temple to teach, and each evening he returned to spend the night on the Mount of Olives. The crowds gathered at the Temple early each morning to hear him. They believed his words and his forth teachings as they were full filled then and they will be again in our generations. There is hope if you pay attention, listen and believe.

Luke 18:8 New Living Translation (NLT)

8 I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?”

He find integrity and uprightness to grant them. However when the Son of Man returns how many faithful followers in faith will he find among earth. He knows his chosen and he will find them in the day of his return. He also knows many will follow and yet turn from him because they are to taken of the world and it’s law. He will only stop at our door once and if you miss then you won’t get a second chance this is why he tells us to remain ready and study in his words. Only the ones who prove their faith will be glorified.

The Way Of False Teachings

2 Timothy 4:3 New Living Translation (NLT)

3 For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear.

A time is coming where boastful proudness will be the normal ways. People will turn to their own pleasure and knowledge instead of looking for true teachings anymore. They will only listen to the teachings they want to hear not what teachings are true that they need to hear. Much of what they will hear will be false teachers and teachings instead of hearing and listening to the true word of Christ. So be prepared to recognize as false teaching from a true teaching for it will come. It will happen and has already begun to happen.

1 Thessalonians 5:2-3 New Living Translation (NLT)

2 For you know quite well that the day of the Lord’s return will come unexpectedly, like a thief in the night. 3 When people are saying, “Everything is peaceful and secure,” then disaster will fall on them as suddenly as a pregnant woman’s labor pains begin. And there will be no escape.

For the day of the Lord is not known by anyone but God. Not one scholar or professor knows even the day. The Day of the Lord, his second coming of his return will come when they least expected it as it will come unexpectedly it is written in his word. When we are most comfortable and settled in how things are in life feeling at peace and secure in the way things are sudden disaster will prevail as fierce as if a women’s labor pains begin. In this time there will be no escape it will devour all. There will be no turning away to run.

The Coming Day Of The Lord

Joel 2 New Living Translation (NLT)

Locusts Invade like an Army

Sound the trumpet in Jerusalem!

Raise the alarm on my holy mountain!

Let everyone tremble in fear

because the day of the Lord is upon us.

It is a day of darkness and gloom,

a day of thick clouds and deep blackness.

Suddenly, like dawn spreading across the mountains,

a great and mighty army appears.

Nothing like it has been seen before

or will ever be seen again.

Fire burns in front of them,

    and flames follow after them.

Ahead of them the land lies

as beautiful as the Garden of Eden.

Behind them is nothing but desolation;

    not one thing escapes.

They look like horses;

    they charge forward like warhorses.[b]

Look at them as they leap along the mountaintops.

Listen to the noise they make—like the rumbling of chariots,

like the roar of fire sweeping across a field of stubble,

or like a mighty army moving into battle.

Fear grips all the people;

every face grows pale with terror.

The attackers march like warriors

and scale city walls like soldiers.

Straight forward they march,

    never breaking rank.

They never jostle each other;

each moves in exactly the right position.

They break through defenses

    without missing a step.

They swarm over the city

    and run along its walls.

They enter all the houses,

climbing like thieves through the windows.

10

The earth quakes as they advance,

    and the heavens tremble.

The sun and moon grow dark,

and the stars no longer shine.

11

The Lord is at the head of the column.

He leads them with a shout.

This is his mighty army,

    and they follow his orders.

The day of the Lord is an awesome, terrible thing.

    Who can possibly survive?

A Call to Repentance

12

That is why the Lord says,

“Turn to me now, while there is time.

Give me your hearts.

Come with fasting, weeping, and mourning.

13

Don’t tear your clothing in your grief,

    but tear your hearts instead.”

Return to the Lord your God,

for he is merciful and compassionate,

slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.

He is eager to relent and not punish.

14

Who knows? Perhaps he will give you a reprieve,

sending you a blessing instead of this curse.

Perhaps you will be able to offer grain and wine

to the Lord your God as before.

15

Blow the ram’s horn in Jerusalem!

    Announce a time of fasting;

call the people together

    for a solemn meeting.

16

Gather all the people—

the elders, the children, and even the babies.

Call the bridegroom from his quarters

and the bride from her private room.

17

Let the priests, who minister in the Lord’s presence,

stand and weep between the entry room to the Temple and the altar.

Let them pray, “Spare your people, Lord!

Don’t let your special possession become an object of mockery.

Don’t let them become a joke for unbelieving foreigners who say,

‘Has the God of Israel left them?’”

The Lord’s Promise of Restoration

18

Then the Lord will pity his people

and jealously guard the honor of his land.

19

The Lord will reply,

“Look! I am sending you grain and new wine and olive oil,

    enough to satisfy your needs.

You will no longer be an object of mockery

    among the surrounding nations.

20

I will drive away these armies from the north.

I will send them into the parched wastelands.

Those in the front will be driven into the Dead Sea,

and those at the rear into the Mediterranean.

The stench of their rotting bodies will rise over the land.”

Surely the Lord has done great things!

21

    Don’t be afraid, O land.

Be glad now and rejoice,

for the Lord has done great things.

22

Don’t be afraid, you animals of the field,

for the wilderness pastures will soon be green.

The trees will again be filled with fruit;

fig trees and grapevines will be loaded down once more.

23

Rejoice, you people of Jerusalem!

Rejoice in the Lord your God!

For the rain he sends demonstrates his faithfulness.

Once more the autumn rains will come,

as well as the rains of spring.

24

The threshing floors will again be piled high with grain,

and the presses will overflow with new wine and olive oil.

25

The Lord says, “I will give you back what you lost

to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts,

the stripping locusts, and the cutting locusts.

It was I who sent this great destroying army against you.

26

Once again you will have all the food you want,

and you will praise the Lord your God,

who does these miracles for you.

Never again will my people be disgraced.

27

Then you will know that I am among my people Israel,

that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other.

Never again will my people be disgraced.

The Lord’s Promise of His Spirit

28

“Then, after doing all those things,

I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.

Your sons and daughters will prophesy.

Your old men will dream dreams,

and your young men will see visions.

29

In those days I will pour out my Spirit

even on servants—men and women alike.

30

And I will cause wonders in the heavens and on the earth—

blood and fire and columns of smoke.

31

The sun will become dark,

and the moon will turn blood red

before that great and terrible day of the Lord arrives.

32

But everyone who calls on the name of the Lord

    will be saved,

for some on Mount Zion in Jerusalem will escape,

just as the Lord has said.

These will be among the survivors

    whom the Lord has called.

————————————————–—————

The Coming Day Of The Lord

Blow the trumpet on Zion. Shout a warning on my holy mountain. Let all the people who live in the land shake with fear. The Lord’s special day is coming; it is near. Raise the alarm on my holy mountain! Let everyone tremble in fear

because the day of the Lord is upon us.

Darkness will over take the world the stars will burn out, the moon will go out and the sun will vanish. It will be a cloudy and gloomy day. At sunrise you will see the army spread over the mountains. It will be a great and powerful large army. There has never been anything like it before, and there will never be anything like it again. People won’t know what’s happening and will have strong fear.

The army will destroy the land like a large fire. In front of them the land will be like the Garden of Eden. Behind them the land will be like a barren desert. No one and nothing will be left from its wrath.

They look like horses. They run like war horses. Listen to them. It is like the noise of chariots riding over the mountains. It is like the noise of flames burning the rubbish. A loud horn that will sound to call on believers. These are powerful people, who are ready for war.

Before this army, people will be shaken with fear. Their faces become sick in fear and doubt and they will become mentally unstable.

The soldiers run fast. They climb over the walls. Each soldier marches straight ahead. They don’t leave where their destination path leads.

They don’t stumble each other. Each soldier walks in his own position and journey. If one of the soldiers is hit and falls down, the others still continue their march. They run to the city. They quickly climb over the wall. They climb into the houses. They climb through the windows like thieves.

Before them, earth and sky shake. The sun and the moon become dark, and the stars stop shining. The Lord calls loudly to his army. His camp is very large. The army obeys his commands. His army will be the most powerful army ever. The Lord’s special day is a great and terrible day. The days is filled in several unknown tribulations. No one can stop iteration change what is happening. The earth will quake as they advance, and the heavens tremble.

This is the Lord’s message: Now come back to me with all your heart. Turn your eyes and hearts toward me. Cry and mourn, and don’t eat anything! Show that you are sad for doing wrong. Tear your hearts, not your clothes. Come back to the Lord your God. He is kind and merciful. He does not become angry quickly. He has great love. Who can survive his punishment, no one it has been foretold.

Who knows, maybe he will change his mind and leave behind a blessing for you. Then you can give grain and drink offerings to the Lord your God.

Blow the trumpet at Zion. Call for a special meeting. Call for a special time of fasting. Bring the people together. Call for a special meeting.

Bring together the old men, the children, and the small babies still at their mothers’ breasts. Let the bride and her new husband come from their bedroom.

Let the priests, the Lord’s servants, cry between the porch and the altar.

All of them should say this: “Lord, have mercy on your people. Don’t let your people be put to shame. Don’t let other people jest about your people.

Don’t let the other nations laugh and say, Where is their God?’”

Then the Lord cared very much about his land. He felt sorry for his people.

The Lord spoke to his people. He said, “I will send you grain, wine, and oil.

You will have plenty. I will not shame you among the nations anymore.

No, I will force the people from the north to leave your land and make them go into a dry, empty land. Some of them will travel to the eastern or western seas. They did such terrible things, but they will rot like a dead and rotting body. There will be such a terrible smell!”

Land, don’t be afraid for be happy and full of joy. The Lord will do many magnificent things.

Animals of the field, don’t be afraid. The desert pastures will grow grass.

The trees will grow fruit. The fig trees and the vines will grow plenty of fruit.

So be happy, people of Zion. Be joyful in the Lord your God. He is good and will give you rain. He will send the early rains and the late rains as before. The threshing floors will be filled with wheat, band the barrels will overflow with wine and olive oil.

I, the Lord, sent my army against you. The swarming locusts and the hopping locusts and the destroying locusts and the cutting locusts ate everything you had But I will pay you back for those years of trouble. I sent them by swarms, so many they covered the sun. But I will repay you for the horrible things you’ve suffered in.

Then you will have plenty to eat. You will be full. You will praise the name of the Lord your God. For you will turn back once again to God. He has done wonderful things for you. My people will never again be ashamed. You will know that I am with Israel. You will know that I am the Lord your God. There is no other God. My people will never be ashamed again.”

“After this, I will pour out my Spirit on all kinds of people. Over all nations and generations; over all cultures and races. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will have dreams, and your young men will see visions. In those days I will pour out my Spirit even on servants, both men and women. I will work wonders in the sky and on the earth.

There will be blood, fire, and thick smoke. The sun will be changed into darkness, and the moon will be as red as blood. Then the great and fearful day of the Lord will come!

And everyone who trusts in the Lord Will be saved. There will be survivors on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, just as the Lord said.Yes, those left alive will be the ones the Lord has called. They will be his chosen. There is still hope.

14 And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come.

During these times the good news about God’s kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, for all nations will hear it; for you will see a change in faith and several will pull closer to Christ after this all happens the end will come.
