Isaiah 45:8
“Rain down, you heavens, from above, And let the skies pour down righteousness; Let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, And let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord, have created it.
Open up the heavens and let the sky rain down righteousness sot to let salvation and righteousness be brought up together from the dust of the earth for I shall send victory pouring like rain from the sky earth will open to receive it and will grow and blossom with freedom and justice i the lord will make this happen
