With such busyness in sight
There’s no chance to find rest in sight
Each day ever so hectic
It is the way of human life
No slow down found
No rest of peace
No minute to yourself
Why must it be so busy
We used to have a day of rest on Sunday
Everyday just flying by never for you to have a gentle view
This is the way of man, not him
God said let Sunday be a day of rest
Though not all have took to his word
If we made ourselves a day of rest we’d be in obedience and have a moment to ourself
Why must we live in sin forgetting to listen to the holy one
When we could live in obedience with him and give ourselves rest on Sunday as he said
Find ourselves in his word and living
We can find our rest in him
